Our first newsletter of the year features a contemporary extension in Woollarha by Smart Design Studio, which reflects and repeats the neoclassical simplicity of the original Victorian building.

The Vitrocsa Minimal windows were the perfect choice for this pared back contemporary extension. On one side of the new living pavilion 3m high doors lead out to the swimming pool, and on the other side full height 7m high sliding doors lead onto the Terrace.

For the the 7m high sliding glazed doors, 4×4 rollers, developed for windows weighing over 150 KG per liner meter (video) were used, which guarantee for an easy sliding motion.
